Day 1 : Marrakech – Ait benhaddou – Roses Valley – Dades
Departure in the morning from Marrakech to the gorges of Dadès via the High Atlas, the Tizi-n-Tichka pass (2260 m) and The Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site), visit of the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. After lunch, continue to the gorges of Dades via Ouarzazate, the oasis of Skoura, the valley of roses and the road of the thousand kasbahs. Arrival in the late afternoon at the gorges of Dades, dinner and overnight in a guesthouse.
Day 2 : Dades – Todra gorges – (MERZOUGA)Erg Chebbi
After breakfast, walk in the Valley of Boumalne Dades and then departure to the dunes of Merzouga through the gorges of Todra, walk in the gorges and in the palm grove of Tinghir. After lunch, continue to the dunes of Merzouga through the valley of Ziz, the Valley of Tafilalte and Erfoud where begins the track to the dunes of Merzouga, departure by dromadaire (1 hour) in the desert to reach the bivouac located in the dunes of the Erg Chebbi, walk in the dunes enjoying a superb sunset at the top of the Erg Chebbi (250 m), dinner and overnight at the bivouac.
Day 3 : Erg Chebbi – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
After the sunrise, return by dromadary to join the hostel in Merzouga to have breakfast and a shower then departure from Merzouga to Marrakech via Rissani, Alnif, Tazarin, N’kob, the Draa Valley, the ancient caravan route and the Anti-Atlas, lunch in Ouarzazate. In the afternoon, return to the High Atlas route. Arrival in Marrakech at the end of the day.
